How to Turn Donors into Transformational Donors
How do you move from having transactional donors to transformational donors? In this session you will learn one of the critical skills of large gift success is knowing the WHY of your donor, also known as the ArrowHead. You will learn seven-questions that can help you craft your ArrowHead for your Donor. But it’s not just the Donor’s WHY you need to know; you also need to create a relationship of rapport when you discuss how you can address your Donor’s needs, pains & desires with your solution. You will be given a battle-tested tool called, the Donor Discovery Map to help you lay-out your discussion to best serve your Donor. This will be a roll-up-your-sleeves work session. These skills, when honed and used, will help generate larger gifts, speed their decision process and help them become transformational donors to your solution.
