But it’s not just the Donor’s WHY you need to know; you also need to create a relationship of rapport when you discuss how you can address your Donor’s needs, pains & desires with your solution. You will be given a battle-tested tool called, the Donor Discovery Map to help you lay-out your discussion to best serve your Donor. This will be a roll-up-your-sleeves work session. These skills, when honed and used, will help generate larger gifts, speed their decision process and help them become transformational donors to your solution.
