In 30 years, as many has 85% of state and local pensions could be bankrupt, breaking our promise to state retirees and burdening the public with poor services and high taxes. The urgency for reform is evident; however, changes to pension systems often get caught up in technicalities. This session will discuss roadblocks and opportunities.
